Join a free Shoestring Digital Logistics workshop with UK Warehousing Association at IMHX on 6 September at NEC
Next Tuesday, 6 September 2022, the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) is hosting a free Digital Logistics on a Shoestring workshop for all logistics companies. This is the perfect event for any warehouse or 3PL that is struggling to find a way to start digitalisation in their company. The 2-hour session is taking place at the NEC, Birmingham, during IMHX 2022, and places can be booked for free via eventbrite.
Like its parent programme, Digital Manufacturing on a Shoestring, Digital Logistics on a Shoestring is designed to help small- and medium-sized to embrace digitalisation – in this case warehousing companies and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
How will the workshop help Logistics companies?
This session will include an interactive Shoestring Requirements workshop which will help logistics companies make the first step towards digitalisation. Attendees will walk away with answers to questions such as:
What simple low-cost digital solutions could my logistics operation consider?
How do I decide where to start?
What are my business’s digital priorities (and how do they compare with other businesses)?
Which digital solutions would make my business more competitive?
Who should attend the workshop?
The workshop is aimed at senior managers, operations leaders and those keen to explore the possibilities for low-cost digital solutions in logistics operations, including Managing Directors, Logistics Directors and Warehouse & Transport Managers from small- and medium-sized companies involved in logistics.
